Honeysuckle Gathering is happy to accept returns in exchange for store credit. If you intend to return a piece, you must initiate the return process within fourteen days of receiving your garment, and returns will only be permitted if the garment has not been worn or washed, and still has it’s original tags. It is the customer's responsibility to cover return shipping unless there has been an error on our part, in which case we cover return shipping.
To get in touch about a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full name, details about your garment, and why you’d like to return it. Once we have approved your return, you may ship your item back to us. Be sure to purchase tracking for the package and email us the tracking info; we cannot be responsible for packages sent without tracking. Store credit will only be issued once the returned garment has been received, and we reserve the right to decline a return for any reason we deem pertinent.
Pieces purchased at a discount are final sale. All made to order pieces are final sale.
**Please note, I use exclusively up-cycled, vintage, and deadstock fabrics which do occasionally have minor flaws/discolourations. I avoid using significantly damaged fabrics, but occasionally a small flaw will slip my notice. To me, small fabric “flaws” are part of the beauty of working in textile reclamation and I therefore do not offer exchanges for minor flaws/stains/discolourations.
