The Snap Dragon Skirt
The Style: This timeless wrap skirt is high-waisted, over-laps at the front, and closes with two sets of ties. The second tier is gathered, and the hem hangs to about the mid thigh. The top half of the skirt is double layered for extra security and comfort, and all fabric edges are fully encased (meaning there are no surged seems or visible fabric edges).
